Electrical Foreman
Encore Electric, Inc. is a licensed Wyoming Electrical Contractor with consistent work in Cheyenne. Come work for a reputable contractor that will keep you busy! The Electrical Foreman supervises apprentices and journeymen, taking ultimate accountability for project or subset of project. The Electrical Foreman directs the tasks of journeymen and apprentice electricians and participates in residential / commercial / industrial / electrical construction and service work.
Compensation : Base pay + additional hourly job site incentive pay
Hours : 40-58 hours per week, Mon-Sat (schedule subject to change)

Specific Responsibilities
Leadership :
Supervise foreman, journeymen, and apprentices actively presenting leadership skills at the highest levelSupervise crews installing raceways, pulling wire, and mounting equipment, training apprentices and journeymen to do the sameAct as the go-to person in the fieldEstablish, maintain, promote and participate in Encore's mentoring programTrain, develop, mentor and coach up and coming various levels of future supervisionMotivate crew and project, keeping morale up on projectsCommunicate goals for the job site to employees working at all levels of Encore Electric, Inc. using the tell-back procedurePromote continuing educationLayout and organize assigned tasks for apprentices and journeymenLead by exampleProcess Improvement :
Engage and help to develop new Encore standards and processes and hold others accountable for themParticipate in Foremen meetingsHelp to develop phase codes for the projectRisk Management :

A functional physical is required to be completed and passed before work can be performed in all field positions. The physical requirements can often be completed repetitively and for extended periods. These requirements include :
