Lead Engineer (AI and Agent Development)

Salary / Hourly Rate : $175k - $195k

As a Lead Engineer (AI and Agent Development) and a member of the Software Engineering team, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI models and agents. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product managers, and end-users to build innovative solutions leveraging the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. You'll work with modern technology paradigms on Google Cloud, including large models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Leverage, train, and fine-tune scalable AI models for a variety of applications.
• Build, test, and maintain autonomous agents capable of complex reasoning and actioning for different tasks.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the field of AI.
• Collaborate on the development of infrastructure needed to support and scale AI initiatives.
• Identify new opportunities to apply generative AI and agent-based systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Work directly with engineering, product, and business teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
