Key Responsibilities

• Case and Document Management : Organize and summarize client files, prepare legal correspondence and documents, and ensure all materials are accurate and properly formatted.
• Administrative Support : Schedule meetings and appointments, manage attorney calendars, and handle communication with clients, couriers, and other legal professionals.
• Legal Research : Conduct basic legal research on assigned topics using various resources to assist attorneys in case preparation.
• Billing and Timekeeping : Enter billable hours and maintain accurate records within firm software systems on a daily basis.
