Rental Assistant / Education Representative (Full Time)

New Providence, NJ | Field travel required | Music Education Support Role

Elefante Music & School for the Performing Arts is seeking a motivated, people-focused Rental Assistant / Education Representative to join our School Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting music education in local schools.

You’ll spend part of your time visiting band and orchestra teachers in schools and part of your time supporting instrument rental operations from our New Providence headquarters.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary contact for music teachers at assigned schools
• Visit schools weekly to provide personalized support and deliveries
• Assist teachers with rentals, repairs, product needs, and program logistics
• Build strong, supportive relationships with educators
• Process rental contracts, payments, and account updates
• Assist with customer service emails, calls, and online requests
• Organize and maintain rental inventory data (AIMsi, Google Drive)
• Support seasonal rental events and school deliveries
