Job descriptionOpportunities for Growth Oversee quality assurance processes for both customer and internal operations Develop and implement strategies for new products and process improvements Provide leadership and clear communication across teams Identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective countermeasures Review and evaluate process changes to ensure quality standards are met Lead the resolution of customer quality concerns with urgency and precision Conduct product and process audits to ensure adherence to standards Communicate findings and ensure countermeasures are implemented effectively Assist in training team members on quality assurance practices Manage investigations and launches for new products Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in quality assurance within an automotive setting preferred Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
