CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Independent Propane Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and professional team in our Granby office. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be :

A team player with strong communication skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable managing multiple priorities

Capable of following tasks through to completion

Primary Responsibilities :

Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account questions

Perform basic accounting and data entry tasks

Provide general office and customer support

Train and certify as a Dispenser Operator , including filling BBQ cylinders, free-standing containers, and motor vehicles

Compensation & Benefits :

Competitive starting pay : $19.00–$20.00 per hour
