Job Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers, managing emails and requests with speed, accuracy, and care
- Own the customer journey by processing orders, resolving challenges, and turning tough situations into positive outcomes
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to deliver solutions for unique customer needs
- Jump in where needed to support your team and department projects
- Keep our workplace safe and thriving by actively participating in safety programs
