We are seeking a dynamic attorney (4+ years of experience) in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare Law to join our growing practice. What You'll Do

• Advise a diverse portfolio of pharmaceutical, pharmacy, and healthcare clients on complex market access, managed care, and regulatory issues.
• Lead and mentor a collaborative team of attorneys on high-impact projects.
• Draft and negotiate mission-critical contracts - including manufacturer, payor, and licensing agreements.
• Build compliance frameworks that help clients thrive in an evolving regulatory landscape.
• Partner directly with executives and founders, becoming a trusted business and legal strategist.
