Job Title : Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location : Pierce County – Large Fabrication Facility

Compensation : $35.00 - $40.00 / hour (DOE)

Employment Type : Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at a large-scale fabrication and processing operation. This is a hands-on role critical to keeping production running smoothly in a fast-paced, heavy-industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Maintain and repair forklifts, cranes, diesel trucks, welding / cutting equipment, power tools, and CNC steel processing machinery
• Overhaul and rebuild diesel engines and gasoline engines (primary specialty preferred)
• Read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and lockout / tagout procedures
