• Years of experience REQ : Minimum 2 years Cath lab experience required;

First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Y

Certs REQ : BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal)

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) Yes

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) – N

Locals accepted : (Y / N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate

Pending License accepted : (Y / N) Y

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours : 36 for 12’s’ 40- for 8 / 10’s
