Compact RN Care Advisor

A company is looking for a Care Advice Line RN I.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers, providing compassionate and informed triage

Consult and coordinate with internal and external team members to assess and implement patient care plans

Record member data in the web-based medical record system and maintain accurate patient records

Required Qualifications

1+ years of RN experience in adult primary care and / or pediatric care

Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred or willingness to obtain within 24 months)

Nursing program transcripts showing a passing grade in Microbiology with Lab

Compact Resident RN in good standing, with the ability to apply to non-compact states as needed

Availability to work 10-30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
