Office Clerk - Kiewit Equipment Services
The Office Clerk provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role handles a variety of tasks including onboarding new employees, coordinating services of outside vendors, scanning and filing of fleet documents and assisting with routine office procedures.
This position will be based out of the West side of Fort Worth, TX.
Responsibilities include shipping and receiving documents, coordination between multiple groups, accounting, order and maintain office supplies, onboarding employees, and organizing meetings and events.
Qualifications include 3+ years of experience, effective communication and interaction skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, exceptional attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, and proficiency with Excel and Word.
Other requirements include regular, reliable attendance, working productively and meeting deadlines timely, communicating and interacting effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment, performing work safely and effectively, understanding and following oral and written instructions, working during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines, working overtime and weekends as required, and working at various different locations where conditions may vary.
