What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, staff, students, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of the education location.

Monitor access control at the main entrance, verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed, assisting with communication and coordination from the front desk position.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with the implementation of site-specific instructions and procedures to support a secure learning environment.

Maintain a professional and approachable presence at the front desk, providing information and directions as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
