This senior-level position is designed for an individual with substantial experience (4-6+ years) who can expertly navigate complex HR challenges, champion employee engagement, and contribute directly to our operational excellence. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations, providing expert guidance to managers and employees on policy interpretation, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the manufacturing industry.
• Oversee the administration and strategic communication of comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Partner with leadership to identify and address HR-related training and development needs, designing and delivering programs that enhance skills and performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective measures.
• Drive HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR effectiveness.
• Manage the accurate and timely processing of HR data within the HRIS (e.g., ADP, UKG / Kronos, Workday) and contribute to system optimization.
• Act as a change agent, helping the organization adapt to evolving workforce needs and industry best practices.
