American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Washington Court House, Ohio.

Job Description

American Traveler seeks an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a rural health setting, with 1+ years of experience and an active state license if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Position is primarily based in an outpatient rehabilitation therapy setting
  • Caseload includes orthopedic, neurologic, and a wide age range from 10 to 100 years old
  • Occasional floating to inpatient care is required
  • Work schedule is primarily days with variable hours; evening availability appreciated
  • Role involves providing 1-on-1 patient care
  • Utilizes Epic for documentation
  • Primary responsibilities include direct patient evaluation and treatment across outpatient and occasional inpatient settings
  • Physical Therapist will supervise and support the professional development of assistants involved in patient care
  • Strong moral and professional standards are required
  • Continuous professional development is expected
  • Applicants must reside outside a 60 mile radius from the facility

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Active state PT license required if applicable
  • Current BLS or BCLS certification required
  • Strong clinical, customer service, and documentation skills
  • Effective time management and teamwork abilities
