What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and employees while performing security-related duties.

Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points at the location as required.

Document and report incidents, security-related issues, and maintenance concerns according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
