Position Highlights :

  • Compensation range : $17.00 - $20.00 / hour
  • Receive a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus!
  • Mileage paid for vehicle use (must meet PFG guidelines).
  • Earn an additional $300+ monthly through our CarData reimbursement program (vehicle must meet PFG guidelines).
  • Schedule : 5 days a week, averaging 8 hours daily.
  • This position lays a solid foundation for career advancement into our sales team for top performers.

    • Your Role : As a Merchandising Specialist, you will utilize your personal vehicle to drive to various customer locations. You will set up merchandise in display areas according to designated plan-o-grams, ensuring optimal presentation of products. You must quickly identify and report any critical issues, while also evaluating customer sales data to suggest replacement items that can boost their sales and profits.

    Your Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Daily servicing of assigned stores according to schedule.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Performing merchandising tasks such as stocking, pricing, shelf facing, inventory rotation, and cleaning at customer locations.
  • Arranging store displays as per individual store requirements.
  • Monitoring potential account issues at the store level and communicating with management as needed.
  • Ensuring safe store aisles.
  • Maintaining assigned equipment.
  • Documenting hours worked with provided time sheets.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months merchandising experience.
  • Experience with planograms.
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Physical requirements : Ability to lift products weighing between 5-25 lbs throughout the day, and cases or totes up to 70 lbs as necessary.
