Job Description :

• Provide therapy support under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy programs for clients.
• Help clients perform therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Monitor and document client progress and response to therapy.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
• Communicate effectively with the therapy team to ensure quality client care.
• Adapt therapy techniques to suit the needs of each client.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training as required.
