Position Title : Speech and Language Pathologist Location : Orange County – in home service Desired Start Date : Immediate

Job Overview :

Learning Together Educational Services is a multidisciplinary Early Education therapy provider servicing Orange County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team. This position is initially part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on patient needs and caseload growth. The successful candidate will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.

Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals for clients.

Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, occupational therapists, and families.

Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Educate clients and families on communication strategies and resources.

Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

Qualifications :

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Current state licensure and / or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Experience in clinical or school settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule :

Initial part-time hours with the potential for full-time as demand increases.

This is a 1099 position, bilingual preferred, must be willing to service all Orange County
