Preschool Lead Teacher

Spring Education Group is looking for a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to help keep our preschools safe, welcoming, and running smoothly across Northern Virginia. In this hands-on, independent role, no two days are the same and your work directly impacts children, families, and staff.

What Youll Do :

• Handle repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility projects
• Respond to urgent requests and conduct routine inspections
• Partner with vendors on specialized repairs and oversee contracted work
• Support school upgrades, playgrounds, and classroom refreshes
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition
