Reagan Gold Group is looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to partner with our lead technology manager in advancing and supporting our Salesforce platform. This fully remote role focuses on building solutions, resolving issues, and streamlining workflows to keep operations efficient. The ideal candidate is someone agile, detail-driven, and collaborative, with a passion for problem-solving and eager to contribute within a small, collaborative tech team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead tech manager in designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce applications.
• Support development of custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations in collaboration with the tech team.
• Configure and optimise Salesforce to meet evolving business needs (fields, objects, permissions, automations).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
• Apply best practices, scalability measures, and security standards consistently.
• Provide system support, documentation, and share knowledge with the wider team.
• Maintain a flexible and responsive approach to availability to address urgent matters when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience with Salesforce in a development and/or administration capacity
• Knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows and process automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills,
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or equivalent) are advantageous but not required.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment and supporting a lead technical resource while remaining adaptable and responsive.
