TITLE : Winder Operator C

POSITION OBJECTIVE : The Winder Operator possesses a thorough working knowledge of the grinder and all aspects of the film fabrication process as it pertains to the BOPP orientate. Interacts with co-workers as part of a highly motivated and productive team. The primary responsibility of the Winder Operator is the daily operation of the Winder while supporting the film line.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• Good oral / written communication skills
• Computing knowledge
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
