Salary : $100,000 to $115,000

Schedule : M-F 8 to 5

Location : Lubbock, TX and Surrounding

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The compensation reflected on this posting, is an estimate of annual compensation.

Be the Best Home Health Physical Therapist You Can Be

• Preferred community / home health experience
