About the Role

Do you love making people smile and turning moments into memories? At SEA LIFE San Antonio , our Retail Hosts bring the magic beyond the exhibits by helping guests find the perfect ocean-inspired keepsake. If you’re energetic, friendly, and love engaging with guests of all ages, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

🌊 Create splash-worthy guest experiences with upbeat, friendly service

🛍️ Share product knowledge and help guests find the perfect souvenir

💙 Support sales goals while keeping the fun front and center

🚦 Manage lines smoothly and safely

🧼 Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked

🔑 Assist with opening and closing duties

🦺 Follow all Health, Safety, and Security guidelines

Qualifications & Experience

About You

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.

• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.

• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
