Title : Platform Solutions - Credit Bureau Disputes CW Specialists
Duration : 12 months
Location : Draper,UT 84020
Responsibilities :
o Be the subject matter expert while managing multiple high-risk function queues.
o Documenting steps taken, while efficiently and accurately completing customer requests through casework.
o Workload will consist of high-risk casework such as Credit Bureau disputes and notifications.
o Participating in projects or process improvements to drive operational excellence.
o Research escalated customer disputes and requests and provide customer-centric resolutions.
o Abide by applicable regulatory and departmental policies and procedures.
o Contribute feedback to develop new content and refine the existing processes and procedures.
Must Haves / Qualifications :
o Prior experience working with the major credit bureaus and their propriety products preferred.
o Prior financial industry experience.
o Prior data furnishing experience preferred.
o Strong analytical ability required.
o Prior credit bureau dispute and operations experience.
o QA and UAT of Metro2 mapping and mitigation of rejections.
o Proficient skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
o Experience using SQL, SAS, or comparable data mining and query tools a plus.
o Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
