Our team is expanding, and we need a Workers’ Comp Attorney who’s not just here to clock in- but to lead, close, and rise.

• The Opportunity

• What You’ll Do :
• Take full control of your own docket — from intake through settlement or trial
• Appear for hearings, depositions, trials, and conferences with full case autonomy
• Lead your team of paralegals and ensure client satisfaction and compliance
• Strategize case flow for maximum value and fast movement
• Become a cornerstone of our Workers’ Compensation practice — with visibility and leadership
• What You Bring to the Table
• NY Bar admission, in good standing
• 2+ years handling Workers’ Compensation cases in New York
• Strong knowledge of eCase, WCB practice, and appeal / review procedures
• Clear communicator, sharp negotiator, and results-driven closer
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
