Compensation:$112,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Assist experienced agents in preparing and executing property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build strong relationships and trust.
- Support the team in researching and analyzing market trends to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant information.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in real estate.
- Collaborate with marketing to create engaging content and promote listings across various platforms.
- Manage and update client databases to ensure accurate and timely communication with all contacts.
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions for clients.
Qualifications:- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients through various channels.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage client databases and ensure timely communication.
