Manage the scrum process by coordinating with the Scrum Team as well as with the other Scrum Masters and be flexible to participate in-person onsite scrum events (minimum 3 days per week). Be detailed, oriented and organized to keep the squad on track with deliverables at the same time be able to foresee upcoming risks, impediments that could impact delivery and help the squad navigate through it.
