Job DescriptionThis Information Technology Manager Position Features :

Role : Lead a small IT team that supports all departments, including public safety and utilities. Own daily operations, projects, security, and reliability for networks, servers, workstations, and the public website.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs
• Manage servers, networks, endpoints, and communications equipment
• Plan technology road maps, track assets and licenses, keep maintenance schedules
• Lead, coach, and evaluate technical staff
• Build and manage budgets, write RFPs, handle purchasing and vendors
• Provide user support and training, maintain the public website
• Track incidents and drive continuous improvement
