Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and Board to develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategy

Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, and multi-year forecasting processes

Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial statements, and audits

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years as a VP Finance or CFO

Proven experience in a high-growth SaaS company, with a deep understanding of subscription-based business models

Strong command of SaaS financial metrics and recurring revenue reporting

CPA, CFA, or MBA from a top-tier institution preferred

Prior experience taking a company through an IPO or significant M&A transaction
