About the Role

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible PM&R Physician to lead and provide care in a thriving inpatient rehabilitation facility in Billings, Montana. This position includes Medical Director responsibilities , offering a unique opportunity to shape clinical programs while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.

You'll work with a dedicated team of therapists, nurses, and case managers to help patients regain independence and function after serious illness or injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Director for patients in an inpatient rehabilitation facility.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and oversee care coordination.
• Manage patients with stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, orthopedic conditions, and medically complex diagnoses.
• Provide clinical leadership and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on rehabilitation goals and outcomes.
