• This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

• Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity mockups to conceptualize and prototype innovative digital experiences.
• Design and enhance web pages, landing pages, and app interfaces to improve purchase flows and fan engagement.
• Build and maintain templates for consistent design across platforms.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and maintain visual consistency.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions that enhance conversion rates and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage emerging tools and technologies to innovate fan-centric experiences.
• Develop solutions to complex user experience challenges, aligned with the goals of multiple business units.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Compliance teams, to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Set design direction and contribute to the digital product roadmap by collaborating on feature enhancements and system integrations.
• Lead brainstorming design sessions and provide constructive feedback to internal and external teams.

• Develop and maintain design systems and best practice guides to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Document design processes and collaborate closely with developers for a smooth handoff.
• Optimize information architecture to create intuitive navigation and content structures.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in sports, entertainment, or eCommerce industries
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
• Solid understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders

• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar to measure the impact of design improvements
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of front-end development workflow
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Wrike or Jira
