Full-Time Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide top-notch care in our Emergency Department. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering both routine and complex nursing care while promoting the highest standards of patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

• Exhibit leadership qualities, fostering a positive environment for both yourself and your colleagues.
• Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for your assigned patients, consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Understand and address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols; diligently monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document comprehensive patient histories, symptoms, medications administered, and care provided.
• Conduct assessments of learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying appropriate resources.

Position Requirements :

Newly hired experienced RNs will participate in our New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of employment and will receive hands-on training from a preceptor. We value your growth and offer residency programs for new graduates or those new to specialty areas.

Work Schedule : MIDS - 12 HOURS
