Roles and responsibilities : The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for working cross-functionally with the entire marketing department to manage and implement campaign strategies, and to support underlying processes and tools. They will be involved in sales support, project intake and assessment processes requiring effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the organization. This position will have a focus on supporting and executing media campaigns across multiple channels ranging from social media, display and video.

Manage marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with internal teams to support the planning and execution of campaigns across various platforms. Act as a key point of contact for media campaigns and provide marketing support.

Additional responsibilities : Coordinate with external media agencies and internal teams to facilitate the successful delivery of media advertising initiatives. Communicate campaign progress with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Manage end-to-end project workflows, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and web-based project management suites. Experience supporting strategic digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, video, and display advertising.
