As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, hourly roles across multiple manufacturing plants. This role demands agility, speed, and precision in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. You will be a proactive partner to plant leadership, HRBPs, and hiring managers, ensuring staffing needs are met with quality hires who align with our operational goals and company culture.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly plant roles including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, HRBPs, and operations leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, community outreach, and referral programs.
  • Conduct structured interviews and facilitate interview training for hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting in the ATS.
  • Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure smooth preboarding and onboarding logistics.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community workforce programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical hiring standards, including DEI best practices.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance speed, quality, and candidate experience.

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume, hourly environments preferably in food or general manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven expertise in behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented
