Job description3+ years at a leading firm in PE / M&A or growth / VC. Proven independent ownership within a team. Strong business judgment and crisp writing / speaking. CA bar or eligibility (next exam / waiver). AmLaw 25 firm National PE / growth footprint with real document ownership and sponsor exposure. High deal velocity, structured training, clear advancement. Hybrid schedule
Run sponsor-side transactions end-to-end. Draft, negotiate, and lead core workstreams across buyouts, add-ons, minority / growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.
BigLaw salary PLUS get a full end of year bonus + signing bonus if you start before the end of the year.
What youll do :
- Run PE / M&A workstreams with direct client contact.
- Draft / negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, key ancillaries.
- Own diligence, closings, and counterparty / advisor coordination.
- Mentor juniors; regular partner exposure.
