Key Responsibilities :

• Providing Personalized Care : Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support while ensuring dignity and comfort for residents.
• Promoting Comfort and Safety : Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, addressing any changes to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
• Fostering Connections : Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to establish trust and create a sense of belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Ensure residents' rooms and common areas are kept clean, organized, and hygienic.
• Accurate Documentation : Document and report changes in conditions, care plans, and activities for seamless communication within the care team.
• Collaborating with the Team : Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, individualized care.
• Enhancing Quality of Life : Engage residents in activities tailored to their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
