Entry-Level Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Software Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the FinTech engineering team by learning the platform and codebase

Help build new product features that support financial workflows for schools and families

Improve and maintain front-end applications and Ruby on Rails back-end services

Required Qualifications

Foundational knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, SQL, JavaScript / TypeScript, and Vue.js (or similar modern frameworks)

Understanding of basic debugging, data flow, and full-stack application concepts

Interest in using AI coding tools to learn and improve productivity

Basic experience with relational databases and SQL queries

Experience with Git / GitHub or similar version control systems
