• Work in Progressive Care Neuro Trauma unit with 23 beds
• Patient ratio of 4 : 1
• Day shift staffing : 6-7 RNs and 2 Aides
• Night shift staffing : 6-7 RNs and 2 Aides
• Work every other weekend with no on-call requirement
• Float to all inpatient units including ICU and ED
• Work with equipment including bedside monitors, end tidal O2 monitoring, high flow, chronic vents, and subdural drains
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform typical procedures including chest tubes and EEGs
• Must have telemetry and step-down experience
• Preferred experience in neuro and trauma
• Required certifications : ACLS and BLS
• Preferred certifications : NIHSS and TNCC
• Professional dress code with no specific scrub color requirement
