Healthcare Collections Specialist

A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Specialist to perform specialized collection work for clients to reduce outstanding accounts receivables.

Key Responsibilities

Document accurate and up-to-date information in account history while maintaining confidentiality

Assist patients with payment arrangements and negotiate within specified guidelines

Work within a virtual team to achieve daily and monthly collection goals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Collection experience is preferred

6 months of customer service experience

Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
