Qualifications Education : Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred. Experience : Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred. License & Certifications : Active RN License (GA or Compact State) BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required or within 6 months of hire Skills : Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and collaboration skills.
