Position Summary : As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, communicate effectively about patient conditions, and respond swiftly to changes. You will create a safe and therapeutic environment while maintaining age-specific behavioral practices.
Education / Certification Requirements :
Graduate of an accredited Nursing school with an active Registered Nurse license in ConnecticutTraining in de-escalation techniques, with certification obtained within your orientation periodCompletion of RQI certification within three months of hireKey Competencies :
