We are currently seeking a QAPI Manager (RN) in the Los Angeles area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care. Qualifications : Registered Nurse with valid state license At least two years of varied work experience as a licensed nurse and preferably one of the two years as QAPI nurse Hospice experience or home health is a great plus Associates must have reliable means of transportation to consistently meet attendance and punctuality standards. This role does not require a valid driver’s license or personal vehicle unless specified in additional job requirements What you'll be doing : Work with the Director of Patient Care Services to provide an on-going, comprehensive assessment of the quality of care and services provided and coordinate the implementation of the program’s Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement Plan as well as complete related audits and studies Work with the patients, families, and interdisciplinary team to start patients on Silverado hospice services Review all incidents, concerns and grievances to ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation have occurred Conduct regular QAPI meetings, report findings and coordinate development of action plans Comply with hospice policies and procedures, laws and regulations and standards of practice and maintain current regulation information Anticipated pay range : $125,000 USD - $135,000 USD Silverado offers the following benefits to eligible employees : 401(k) matching Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Paid time off Tuition reimbursement and professional development assistance Referral program Other amazing benefits such as Pet Insurance, Auto and Home Insurance and Discount Programs!
