About the Role

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the People And Culture Coordinator is responsible for recruitment efforts which include but not limited to the applicant tracking system, candidate management (screening, scheduling, interviewing and communicating status of interviews) and reporting, data and analytics. This individual is responsible for the full recruitment cycle individual contributor level.

What You Will Do

  • Designing and evolving the recruitment strategy for the Residence Club build a strong candidate pipeline and find innovative ways to find and recruit talent including networking with local organizations and peers to source candidates for current or future openings.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events in addition to researching market and industry trends to target candidate pools.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Understanding the importance of interviewing and providing guidance to our managers throughout the process.
  • Produce reports / metrics for leadership including current job activity, candidate flow and hiring trends.
  • Coordinates all aspects of recruitment including job postings, interviews and job offers, tracking applicants and ensuring follow-up.
  • Be the liaison between the Residence Club and schools / universities.
  • Screen applications / resumes, invite applicants to apply and communicate interview process with applicants.
  • Verbally offer conditional employment, schedule new hire onboarding and process background check and prior employer verifications for all pending new hires.
  • Perform other tasks or projects, as assigned by Residence Club management and staff.

What You Bring

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Spanish language, preferred Previous recruitment / Talent Management in People & Culture experience, preferred
