What You Will Do : As a Web Developer with Independent Software, you will support the development and maintenance of secure, cloud-native applications leveraging modern DevOps and serverless technologies. You will contribute to designing scalable infrastructure, building AWS-based solutions, and ensuring high-quality code and documentation to support mission-critical platforms. Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers, DevOps specialists, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, reliable, and efficient software solutions. Key Responsibilities

Assist with the development and execution of test procedures for software component

Generate, review, and maintain technical and software documentation

Ensure quality control for all developed and modified software solutions

Contribute to Agile software development processes and ceremonies

Collaborate with team members using Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation

Develop and maintain applications using modern programming languages and framework

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience supporting the development and testing of software components

Proficiency in reviewing and producing technical documentation

Experience working in an Agile software development environment

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence

Strong understanding of software quality assurance and control practices

Hands-on development experience with : React, Java, CGI, Visual Basic, HTML, XML

Desired Skills

Experience with Kubernetes

Experience with Apache NiFi

Education and Experience

A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Web Developer supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

An additional four (4) years of Web Developer experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Clearance Requirement

Must possess an active TS / SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
