We're seeking a passionate BCBA to lead ABA therapy services, supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families and schools, and deliver evidence-based interventions that change lives.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), skills assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with BACB and funding requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support client progress (e.g., within IEPs, ISPs, schools ).
• Monitor data collection, review progress, and update treatment plans regularly.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, BACB, state, and federal regulations .
• Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports within required timelines.
• Attend scheduled team meetings (in person or virtual) and maintain open communication with leadership.
