HIRING FOR MEDICAL ASSEMBLERS IN PLYMOUTH AND MINNETONKA! 1ST AND 2ND SHIFT!

$18.75 / HOUR - 1ST SHIFT

$19.25 / HOUR - 2ND SHIFT

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.
• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations under close supervision.
• Follow standardized procedures for routine assignments.
• Ensure job documentation is accurate and current.
• Communicate clearly with all levels of manufacturing management both in writing and verbally.
• Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers, such as during facility tours.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate safety devices.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance.
• Demonstrate a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to set and monitor goals and performance metrics, including divisional initiatives like QMS and EMS, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with a dress code that requires non-shedding fabrics and clothing that fits under lab coats or gowns. The work schedule is from 4 : 00 PM to 2 : 30 AM. Safety and precision are key, with specific guidelines on clothing, grooming, and safety to maintain a high standard in medical device production.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25 / hr.
