Job description
A company is looking for a Condo Approval Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve or decline condominium and co-op projects according to investor guidelines
Analyze project documents, financials, and insurance for compliance with mortgage standards
Communicate project statuses and conditions to supervisors and sales teams
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 2 years of FHA Delrap Condo Project underwriting experience
Advanced knowledge of condominium project standards for FHA and other loan programs
Proficiency with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
High School diploma or equivalent required
Knowledge of the September 18, 2023, guidelines regarding Critical Repairs from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
