Multi-unit mastery : 3+ years leading at least 6 full-service restaurant unitsGM roots : 3+ years as a General Manager with a clear track record of growthOperational range : FOH and BOH leadership experienceFinancial fluency : Proficient in P&L management and labor modelsPeople-first mindset : Ability to lead with positivity and create a culture of careSelf-starter energy : Independent and driven in a guest-obsessed environmentCareer clarity : Demonstrated commitment and thoughtful transitions in career pathCredibility : Strong references from current or former supervisorsDistrict Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
