Referral Partner Liaison

Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Experience with a dotted line into the Regional / Hospital Medical Director, the Referral Partner Liaison implements our referral partner strategy for a geographically defined and prioritized group of referral partners served by one or more MedVet hospitals.

The Referral Partner Liaison spends 70% of the time doing direct outreach in the community. Outreach is a mix of direct and joint with selected leaders and members of the healthcare team. The Liaison monitors the response to outreach, recommending strategy improvements to enhance MedVet's reputation as the preferred provider of specialty and emergency veterinary care. This highly collaborative position works closely with the Healthcare, Experience, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Referral Partner Experience Delivery

• Participate in new doctor recruitment and onboarding
• Supports new dyad leaders, doctors, and healthcare team members post-orientation to assess readiness for outreach and relationship-building. Provides support as needed
• Share feedback from referral partners with the healthcare team to improve the MedVet Experience.
• Provide regular updates on referral partner specifics and strategy in ongoing work and team meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align with internal / external campaigns, messaging, and events.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in veterinary healthcare management, liaison outreach, or care delivery.
